In the Erection phase, we ensure the availability of skilled personnel and proper erection Equipment before Commencement of erection work. While carrying Erection works, we maintain structural & Mechanical Integrity by ensuring all erected components are structurally and mechanically sound and complete, precisely align major equipment to their designated positions on foundations, conduct thorough installation checks to obtain approval for all installed equipment. In the Testing phase, we perform checks on individual systems like the governing system, water & fuel lines, and water levels and conduct hydro tests on water & fuel lines to ensure design pressures and flow rates are achieved. We also verify safety mechanisms and ensure proper functionality of each equipment/subsystem and conduct testing of open and closed control loops functionality to ensure proper signal transmission and final control element operation. In the Commissioning phase, we establish quality assurance plans to guide the commissioning process and perform controlled startup of various equipment and subsystems and verify their performance to ensure that the specified output and parameters are achieved and finally ensure all equipment/systems are ready for sustained Operation. In the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) phase, our main objective is to maintain the plant's efficiency, reliability, and safety throughout its operational life. And to achieve this objective, we conduct regular checks on plant equipment in line with OEM's protocol to identify potential issues, implement schedule maintenance to prevent equipment failures, attend issues that arise to restore the plant to optimal working condition, ensure continuous compliance with emission norms and regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of industrial safety and protect the personnel. Over the past 22 years, we have made strong inroads in providing Erection Testing Commissioning Operation & Maintenance, Overhauling, Renovation and Modernization services to Thermal Power plants. While rendering the services, the Company has been continuously building & strengthening team of expert engineers and skilled technicians and acquiring necessary modern equipment and testing instruments etc. for successful execution.
